About the event
This is a 6-week programme to help you to learn about your nervous system and experience movement, breathwork and visualisation practices to support you to regulate. This programme will run from 12th August - 16th September 2026 (inclusive) with a total cost of £180 for all 6 sessions. Get in touch to book your place.
